Conversation 1
John: Jonas, are you getting sleepy?
Jonas (turns to me and asks): Are you getting sleepy?
Me: Yes. Are you getting sleepy?
Jonas (comes right up to my face, stares for a while, and finally whispers): No!
Conversation 2
John: Did you brush your teeth, or did you just eat the toothpaste?
Jonas: I eat the toothpaste.
Conversation 3
Me: Jonas, you must put the balls away.
Jonas, not putting the balls away, slips on one and bonks his lip.
Jonas (fake crying): I hurt my lip!
Me: Well that wouldn't have happened if you had been picking up the balls like I said, would it?
Jonas gets this goofy grin on his face, walks straight over to John, giggles, and says: Mommy called me a Widdit!
So silly! :)

Hilarious age... I agree.
My little guy likes to call us by the wrong name on purpose and then he just grins thinking he's so funny.
