Inspired and reminded by Elizabeth to write these things down, here's another round of Kalleigh-isms.
While sitting on the potty (and we have a long way to go), she says to me, "Mommy, you can take a break." Not really knowing what to say or what she meant, I just said, "Thanks."
Passing by an M&M machine: "What are those?" (knowing the answer, of course)
Me: M&Ms, of course.
Kalleigh, looking wistfully at them: "I don't need those."
At Starbucks, after finishing her steamer and then taking a sip of my mocha, "Ooohh, wat's good!"
Kalleigh trying to get my attention: "Mommy? Mommy. Mommy! Mommy Elizabeth!"
And in a weak mommy moment, I allowed this to happen:
She's so very proud of them!
Love you, little girl!

Oh- I wish Adam would let me get Hailey's ears pierced! :)
When my little sister was around Kalleigh's age, she said the same thing to my dad, "daddy Janae!" (her middle name) Too cute. :)
Love it! They say the cutest things at this stage! I cannot believe you got her ears pierced!! How did it go?
Ears pierced! She looks so cute! I love the Kalleigh-isms.
Hahaha, I laughed SO hard at the "Mommy Elizabeth!" Her earrings are so cute!
She looks so cute! Watch out, though. She will slip off some weekend and have a second hole pierced! It's a slippery slope! :) XO, mom
I am cracking up at your mom's "slippery slope" comment--hilarious.
That little Kalleigh is so beautiful!!
She IS adorable...I just wish that all the other 'posters' could have seen her in her TEG leotard, white sandles and cotton shorts, dancing and singing "Son Rock Kids Camp" beside you at VBS! Now THAT was cute!
Super cute.
