I'm pretty sure I was running on pure adrenaline the first two weeks of Jonas's life. I'm so glad I was able to enjoy those two weeks as much as I did.
But the sleep deprivation has now kicked in. I won't drone on and on about it, because it just comes with the territory, and I know that.
John and I are working together to develop and sharpen our zone defense strategy, 3 on 2, and most days come away feeling somewhat successful. We even made it to church on time all by ourselves this past Sunday! Not only that, but I dropped John off at the building early for worship team rehearsal and all three kids and I went to Starbucks. I was not about to give up that weekly treat! Plus Kreg had given me a Starbucks card for my birthday, and it really needed to be used.
John and I are officially in Danny's band, "Group Therapy." We're learning to play the congas and it's a little intimidating, but a whole lot of fun! We'll be at KE Cellars Saturday night from 6-9 pm for anyone that wants to check us out. As I've said before, I'm thankful that John and I have this outlet that we can enjoy as a couple.
And now I'll leave you with my three favorite pictures from the past week.

Absolutely adorable children! So far, Jonas isn't jumping out to me as looking strikingly like either sibling:) He's precious, though! And the picture of Jonathan looks as though it belongs in a childrens magazine. The shot of Kalleigh is priceless;) We are so blessed to live in the age of so much media to capture and share these beautiful moments. Thank you for sharing yours;)
Praying for rest for you (or at least lots of Starbucks!)

What beautiful kiddos!!
Love the photos!
Your children are adorable. Hang in there. I only had two children so I can't quite imagine how much harder it gets with two.
I meant how much harder it gets with three. :)
I think Jonas looks a little like your baby pictures. I think it's that sweet little mouth. :)
Those pictures are precious. Jonas looks so much like Johnathan to me.
I've been wondering how you've been doing lately. Glad to see you're still surviving. :) We've got the lack of sleep thing going pretty strong over here, too, so I can only imagine how it is with 3 kids! Drink some Starbucks for me!
You're doing it! -- with prayer, lots of planning, and Starbucks! Way to go!
